Simplifying Your Journey to Better Mental Health with Online Therapy for Women in California and Georgia
What To Expect
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. My goal is to make the process simple, supportive, and clear so you can focus on what matters most—feeling better.
How it Works
What you need most right now is ease. Here’s what you can expect as you begin therapy with me online in Georgia or California.
1
Free Consultation
We’ll begin with a free 15-minute video consultation. This is a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for whether we’re a good fit. You can book directly online.
2
Your Intake Appointment
Before our first session, you’ll complete some brief forms about your background, clinic policies, and what to expect. These help us get to know you better and guide our work together.
3
Your Therapy Journey
We’ll usually start with weekly sessions and adjust the pace as your needs evolve. Therapy is a collaborative process, and together we’ll build strategies that support your goals and values.
Investment in Your Well-Being
Therapy is an investment in your health, helping you regain balance, resilience, and clarity as you move through life’s challenges. Just like in airplane safety, putting on your own oxygen mask first gives you the strength to support those around you.
Session Fees

*Telehealth sessions offered exclusively at this time
Payment is collected at the time of service. Many clients choose to pay out of pocket for the privacy and flexibility it provides, and some also use insurance benefits.
Insurance Coverage
In-Network Insurance
I am an in-network provider with Aetna, Cigna, and Optum. If you use one of these plans, your sessions may be partially or fully covered. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm your mental health benefits.
Out-Of-Network Benefits
If I am not in network with your plan, you may still have out-of-network therapy reimbursement that helps cover the cost of your sessions. You can use the tool below to instantly check your benefits.
For clients who want extra support, Mentaya can file insurance claims for online therapy on your behalf. This is completely optional, and I do not benefit from whether or not you use it.
Questions About Coverage?
Insurance can feel confusing, and you don’t need to figure it out alone. You are always welcome to reach out by phone or email if you’d like guidance in understanding your coverage.
