Helping You Find Peace in Change and Joy in the Journey
Hi, I’m Lily.
You don’t have to do this alone.
As a licensed certified perinatal psychologist who supports women and birthing people through pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, and reproductive loss, I offer trauma-informed, client-centered care that helps you feel seen, understood, and supported during some of the most vulnerable chapters of life.
My background includes working in hospital OB-GYN, NICU, and oncology settings, and I draw on that real-world experience to help clients:
Feel more grounded and steady in their day-to-day life
Process grief, fear, and emotional overwhelm
Reconnect with their identity after trauma or transition
Develop flexible tools for managing distress
My Approach
I believe we’re wired for connection—and that lasting change happens when we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves.
Therapy with me blends emotional depth with real-life tools. I bring compassion, honesty, and curiosity to each session. You don’t need to have it all together when you show up here. Therapy is a place where you can take off the mask, show up as your full self—the good, the bad, the messy—and be met with warmth, compassion, and zero judgment.
Clients describe me as calm, present, and grounding. I deeply admire the valuable lessons I learned from Mr. Rogers growing up and I try to bring these lessons to all of the work I do. I try to bring that same presence to therapy—so you can feel safe to slow down, be honest, and begin healing.
My Values
Compassion
A judgment-free space where you can bring your full self. Your grief, guilt, anger, and confusion are all welcome here. I approach your experience with deep curiosity and respect, never assumption.
Collaboration
You are the expert on your life. I bring clinical knowledge, support, and a steady presence. Together, we work as partners to help you find clarity and build tools that align with your values.
Trauma Informed Care
My work centers safety, trust, empowerment, and choice. I focus on what happened to you and how it’s shaped your story—not what's "wrong" with you. My goal is to support your healing without retraumatization.
Cultural Humility & Sensitivity
Your lived experience, identity, and intuition matter. I bring a humble, inclusive lens that honors the intersections of your story, including how systemic factors may shape your care and healing journey.
Therapy with me may be right if…

You want a space where you can put down the mask and show up as your full self—messy, uncertain, grieving, or hopeful.
You're tired of feeling like your pain is invisible or "not bad enough" to matter and want support that validates and understands what you are going through.
You’re not sure what you need yet, but know you want to feel something different that feels more connected to yourself, and more equipped to face what's ahead.
You value collaborative, evidence-informed care and want a therapist who will meet you with compassion, curiosity, and real tools that align with your values.
