If this is all harder than you thought it would be—you're not alone.

You’ve always been the go-to person who solves problems. You’re used to handling everything alone without asking for help, which makes you feel like needing assistance is a sign of failure. You believe something is wrong if you can’t manage everything by yourself. It feels like nothing you do is enough, and your previous strategies are no longer effective, leaving you feeling like you’re failing no matter how hard you try.

Sound familiar?

You’re overwhelmed by anxiety and sleepless nights, constantly second-guessing yourself.

You’re grieving the gap between the life you imagined and the reality you’re facing.

You blame yourself for struggles like fertility, parenting, or trauma you couldn’t prevent.

You feel like you’re failing, even though you’re doing everything you can to hold it all together.

Hi, I’m Dr. Lily Kadosh. I’m really glad you’re here.

I believe therapy should meet you where you are—and help you get to where you actually want to be.

I work with women, birthing people, and medical professionals who are carrying more than most people realize. Maybe you’re managing fertility treatment, recovering from a traumatic birth, grieving a loss, or just burned out from trying to do it all. Whatever you're holding, you don’t have to do it alone.

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and rooted in both clinical expertise and real-life experience. I’m a certified perinatal psychologist with a background working in OB-GYN, NICU, and oncology hospital settings. That means I understand the medical systems you’re navigating—and how invisible the emotional toll can be.

Together, we’ll slow things down, get clear on what’s actually going on, and find tools that help you feel more grounded and more like yourself again.

How I Can Help You

How it Works

1

Schedule free consultation.

Use the online booking system to choose a time that works for you. You’ll be able to schedule a free 15-minute video consultation to talk about what’s bringing you here and ask questions. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll help you find someone who is.

2

Complete intake paperwork.

Before your first session, you’ll fill out consent forms and short assessments to help us understand where you’re starting from. This helps us make the most of our time together.

3

Start therapy on your terms.

In our first session, we’ll review your concerns, clarify your goals, and create a plan that fits your life. Therapy can look different for everyone—weekly, bi-weekly, or check-ins as needed. We’ll figure that out together.

It’s time to invest in your wellbeing.

Let’s explore how you can feel more like yourself again.
